Information you may choose to share

The website has no online enquiry forms, accounts, newsletter subscriptions or direct online payments. Visitors may contact us by WhatsApp, email or other channels they choose. We may receive the information they voluntarily provide for travel planning, including names, contact details, dates, traveller numbers, preferences, budgets and questions.

How information may be used

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss destinations and itineraries, coordinate requested arrangements, share needed booking information, handle concerns, maintain website security and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use enquiry information for automated marketing campaigns.

The website uses WordPress and Bricks Builder, AirLift, GTranslate, CookieYes, Google Fonts, and visitor-selected WhatsApp and social links. No active Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising tracking scripts were identified during the latest review.

Retention, security and cookies

WhatsApp conversations are normally deleted by Settimo after customers confirm arrangements and arrive in Kenya. Some messages may be kept longer for unresolved enquiries, booking issues or legal obligations. Email may remain in the business mailbox while needed. Deletion does not necessarily remove customer, provider or backup copies.

Depending on applicable law, visitors may request information, access, correction, objection, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Requests involving Bakachi or another provider may also need to be directed to that organisation.

Settimo handles initial enquiries, travel preferences and safari planning. For formal bookings and payments, Settimo works with Bakachi Tours & Safaris Ltd, a registered tour company. Relevant booking information may be shared with Bakachi, which explains its own handling of booking and payment information where applicable.
